Preparing Tomorrow’s Teachers in Technology (PT3)
University of West Georgia
This grant, funded by the US Department of Education, is designed to help UWG faculty prepare “future ready” teachers who can integrate technology into their classroom instruction.
PT3 efforts include expanded training opportunities for all faculty involved in teacher education through the annual Tech Expo, a day-long conference held each April at the UWG Education Center. School systems in the UWG service area are invited to participate, and graduate students in the UWG Educational Leadership master’s degree program participate as a required component of their one-year leadership internship.
