Best Practices Training Project

Georgia State University

An on-going partnership with the Georgia Office of School Readiness, the project designs and delivers training to preschool teachers throughout the state based on the most current theoretical and practical information available.

Recent highlights include: two-day workshops and distance learning sessions for Georgia pre-K teachers and development of a Summer Activity Kit distributed statewide to pre-K children.

Project SCEIs (Skilled Credential Early Interventionists)

Georgia State University

A Babies Can’t Wait (BCW) program funded by the Georgia Department of Human Resources that provides training to BCW personnel and parents as well as continuing education for early intervention personnel.

Coordinates a Higher Education Consortium of professional programs.
